HOSTEL

| Regional
Institute of Engineering has hostels located at convenient
places in the city with mess service. Each hostels has separate
warden and watchers. All the hostels are under the
supervision of a Chief warden. All hostels are equipped with
entertainment facilities. Ladies hostel is inside the
campus. The hostlers are required to maintain strict discipline,
timely arrival and departures. Both vegetarian and
non-vegetarian mess facilities are available |

LIBRARY

| To
be in tune with the rapid revolutionary changes in Engineering
Technology throughout the world, the Institute has a full
fledged library which has reference books, journals, text books,
solved question papers, question banks etc. |

COMPUTER
LAB

| Students
are provided with a very good computer lab with advanced
machines for training. 24 hour internet facility is
available which can be used by any student for his career
betterment. Video tutorials and study materials in e
format form a part of the computer lab. Various type of IT
magazines and other materials are also available in computer lab
for students to advance in technology. |

AERO-LAB
|

| For
the benefit of students the Institute has arranged a well
equipped aero lab. The aero lab contains two light
aircrafts and one heavy aircraft along with other
numerous aircraft parts and equipments. One Jet Engine and
three big piston engines, taken from aircrafts used in Indo-Pak
war of 1971 are among the main components of the lab. |

MECHANICAL
WORKSHOP

| The
institute owns a very good mechanical workshop in which students
are given basic workshop practices like drilling, grinding,
welding etc. The lab is equipped with lathe machines,
sheet rolling machines, slotting machines, drilling machines
etc. |

AERO
MODELING CLUB
|
|
| For
the students to understand the Principles of Flight and to have thorough
knowledge of aircraft, the Institute organizes aero modeling
activities. In this, students will be trained to design
tiny aircrafts which will weigh less than 2 kg. These aircrafts
can be controlled using wires or remote control. Flying of
such aircraft are arranged annualy. |
